Revealed in April 2026, the Qiddiya Motorsport Hotel sits in the Resort Core next to the Speed Park Track. The scheme includes a 136-metre tower with 257 rooms and 65 apartments, plus smaller hotels themed around sports cars and F1. No opening date has been announced.
